Techer's Tree Svc

I called several companies for estimates. I wasn't home at the time of the bid, but the owner left a copy at my door. Setting up the appointment was easy and the receptionist/office help called back when she stated she would. An appointment was made and follow up reminder prior to service. On the day of the tree removal, the team was punctual and well-prepared. I was so happy to this was a professional operation, with a lot of equipment. There were four or five men actively working. We have had many trees removed over the years, and this job was highly organized. While removing the second tree, they noticed a lot of debris on the roof, and offered to haul it off for another $100. They removed thirteen bags of leaves from the roof. They did a good job cleaning up. The only complaints were they didn't move everything back in the back yard like they found it, and the pool had a lot of leaves in it. Other tree trimmers would always clean the pool with leaves prior to departing. The team worked quickly and completed the job in a few hours.

They were working for my neighbors. I talked to them and they said they could take care of the mesquite in my front yard for about 350 bucks and clean the debris as well. They were very punctual and overall did a good job. Unfortunately, I had guests visiting so I looked at the tree from a distance and paid them for the job. The following day I noticed that they severely damaged two leaves of the century agave in my front yard. I immediately contacted their dispatcher who got me in touch with Jim(their field person).
He asked me to send him photos of the damage which i promptly sent. He said the agave will heal itself. This sounded like a stretch. I asked him how long wout it take it to heal to which he did not respond. Its been almost 2 months since they damaged the agave and since there are no signs of recovery I tried to get in touch with Jim again. But its been two days and still no response.
.The work that was done was good, timely. However, if that is going to be at the cost of damaging the surroundings, I will pass on their service. The customer service afterwards is lacking as well as they haven't gotten back to me with a response

It went GREAT!! The crew of 6 guys came about 15 minutes early (which was not a problem for us). They worked hard, were very professional in their work. They were extremely careful when cutting down the trees that were close to our house and had limbs hanging over our roof. After they were done cutting down the trees and grinding down the stumps below ground level, they did a fabulous job of cleaning up the mess and hauling everything away. In fact, after they finished, it was not possible to tell that we previously had those 3 trees in our yard. Before hiring Techer's Tree Service, I asked their office for proof of the company being insured. That information was emailed to me immediately. I am extremely pleased with the work provided by Techer's Tree Service.

They are professionals. The owner is an arborist and very knowledgeable. My neighbors even complemented the work and asked for his information. They prices are reasonable.

I needed my 5 very tall palm trees trimed. I called the company and made an appointment for an estimate on Thursday. We agreed on the price and the next day the crew showed up bright an early and on time. They completed the job in less than an hour and cleaned up after themselves and fertilzed the trees and removed the bark from the palm trees. I will be using this company again and I do highly recommend them

They were highly recommended to me from other sources. They thinned and shaped our trees and did a good job. Their promptness and courtesy was outstanding. The gentleman that came out did the work while I was gone and I would highly recommend this company.
