+ -1 moreMy renter called about the A/C not working. I called Tates and they were able to get someone out that day. The guy came and looked at my unit and after diagnostics noticed i had a leak (the line was rubbing against metal). He said it was an easy fix (just had to solder where the metal wore out), BUT I had to replace the freon which leaked out which was the expensive part. Overall the price was fair, they fixed it quickly, and the same day. Would definitely recommend.
