Just make sure everything is covered in the contract with them. Don't assume! I assumed that the inside of the home skylights would be furnished and painted - wasn't in the contract so wasn't included in the work done. Workers were very good, respectful, and did a great job. All total, everyone that I talked to, dealt with were extremely professional!

Problem was in condition of skylight. Replaced 3.ancient models with newer ones. fixed the problem. Other bidders quoted appros 10-10K ti replace entire roof.

He did an excellent job.  I had some rental properties that need roof work and nobody wanted to do it and he did it.  He'a straight arrow.  If he says it you can take it to the bank.  He backs it up.  He just a salt of the earth guy.  Great guy.
