Star Pest Control

The service from Star Pest Control for the big deal didn't really turn out that well, it may have been unfortunately my fault, they didn't seem to be able to schedule around when it was convenient for me. They came out to do the services and I signed up to do a recurring thing and it just didn't work out, the timing didn't work out, the one they wanted to come out just didn't work well with my work schedule. I used them for a couple of years and then just got frustrated and stopped using them. It eliminated the pest problem.

My tenant was very freaked out about ants in my rental house.  This company scheduled with her and calmed her down explaining that it is very common for ants to be a problem during monsoon season.  They went out and sprayed and then did a follow-up treatment for no charge.  They are wonderfully professional and affordable.  My tenant said she would like them to come back periodically.

It went very well.  They did all they promised to do with no muss or fuss.

Have used this company several times.  We are snowbirds so request spraying before we leave and upon our return.  They are always very prompt and helpful.  They don't try to pressure you in buying a service - I really appreciate that.  I will continue to use them and recommend them.

A home which was vacant for more than six months, developed a roach problem as water evaporated in the drains, and they came up through the sewer system.  They advised on how to prevent it from happening again, and sprayed the interior and exterior of the home.  No further recurrences.

They always call us to set up a time to come out and do the house. They come out, do their thing and leave. They are very polite. Once we found two scorpions and they came out the next day.

The office secty called day before to confirm time and date. Next day - On time and very professional - will use bi-monthly service.

It was easy to schedule but they showed up later than they said the would. The technician performed a very quick spray inside the house and then around the property. He said he would come back if we still noticed pests in the next couple weeks. Well, we had to call them back. This is a mobile home and they would not remove the panels to go underneath. We had to take care of that ourselves with help from property management. They did an "ok" job but we just didn't feel they were very thorough or accomodating. Price was good with the coupon they offered.

They have been doing a good job. Their prices are good. They are timely and they are quick when they are there.

I think it is a very fair price that I pay. He also does inside work, but I am not having that done. They just do excellent and good work and I am very satisfied with them. I would tell other members that need the work to call them up and get them over there. They do good work. They call you that day, ahead of time just to make sure about the time set up and keep their appointment time.

I called and got an appointment right away. When the tech showed up, he got right down to business. I have NEVER seen an exterminating company, use so much product and be so thorough. The tech was was 100% professional, and I will use this company again, for sure!

I went into my kitchen to find ants everywhere. I called and they came and took care of it. Two ants nests were found outside. I even called my neighbor to see if she wanted her house done. He was there so he squeezed her in. No problem. Very professional and friendly.

We have been using Star Pest for years. Richard is friendly, always punctual and does a great job. Their rates are very reasonable and they do not require nor push an ongoing contract. For $32.50 he sprayed the inside of our home, the garage and the yard, as well as treating problem areas. They are very accommodating with scheduling. Overall a great company, and I highly recommend them.
