This job went well and faster than they originally said. I have used Stapley many times due to their exceptional professionalism.

Andrew Alvarado from Stapley Action Garage Door came to install my garage door today. Unbeknownst to me, today was the day the contractors showed up to replace the sidewalk in front of my house. I called to notify Andrew of the situation and he said it would not be a problem. He would just work around the construction. Andrew had the door installed very quickly and efficiently. It looks great. Before leaving, he explained the preventative maintenance procedures. I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done and recommend Stapley Action Garage Door.

Over the last several years Stapley Garage has serviced our home three times--first to replace the garage door, next a spring coil, and most recently to replace the opener motor, belt, and, key pad. On each occasion we've been more than happy with the quality of the service and product. Each time the company has responded promptly to our call and sent out a friendly, professional technician to complete the job. The owner came out and did both estimates for me, he is a great guy... it was nice that the estimate matched the final bill and did not go over...  They have done work for my  friends and family!! They do great work and have great prices!!!  I would recommend them over and over!!!

They were quick to schedule the appointment and quickly fix the garage door. The appointment was scheduled for the next day (4 hour window) and requested they call in advance so I could meet them at the property.  They called 30 minutes before they would be there and it worked perfect.
Once on site they quickly pointed out the broken spring and were quickly replacing it.  
The crew was friendly and happy to answer any questions I had.
I have used this company a handful of times on several different properties and have bene extremely happy with the results!

.We called couple of service providers, but they sounded little more into business. Some providers try to scare you(bad balancing, old opener, not sure how long it is going to last) and make money of it, but SAGD gentleman was honest, and soled the problem in low budget.

It went very well, On a precvious repair, the wrong springs were installed (too strong), causing The screw drive to break. The correct springs were installed, parts replaced, door was adjusted & lubed, & the door worked like when new, Very satisfied with professional & courteous & quick service.

The technician was punctual and friendly.  He had all the supplies needed and the repairs were conducted quickly.

Exactly as stated in their quote. I'm very pleased with their work and would use them again if the need arises.

I called Stapley based upon the reveiws they had received on Angie's List.  I couldn't be nore pleased with their services.  I especially liked that the technician (very personable and professional) gave  me a range of options from the ninmal repair to a full replacement.  He did not pressure me in anyway and supported my mid-range decision.  He completed the work quickly and the door has been fine.
I have no concerns about recommending Stapley for anyone who has a brain cramp as I did.

The technician arrived during the appointed time. Once he checked out the problem with the garage door, which was making awful sound opening, and even worse closing.  The door most often would not close without me pulling the manual cord.  After the technician explained the problem to me, I opted to have the garage door motor/opener replaced. Upon completion, the technician explained all that he had done.  I will not hesitate to recommend Stapley Action Garage Doors.

Company was responsive and scheduled a visit for the next day.  We received a call informing us the rapairmen were on the way - a nice touch.  Two employees arrived as scheduled, diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs in less than an hour.  They were professional, courteous and very friendly.  We were satisfied with the charge.  Don't forget the Angie's List coupon!

Had heard a noise in house (sounded like something had fallen) about 3:30 but could not see anything either in house or garage.  My wife came home @ 4:20 and could not get garage door open.  I looked and saw that the coil spring had split in two (never thought to look there during earlier inspection).  Checked Angie's for closest service provider and found Stapley (this was already past 4:30).  Explained my plight to Laura.  While on the phone with her, she contacted one of their technicians that had recently completed a job in our area.  They showed up about 20 minutes later and, by 5:30 that had replaced the broken spring, serviced the rest of the mechanisms, honored the coupon on the Stapley website and were gone.  This kind of service, late on a Friday afternoon, couldn't be more pleased.

SAGD was the vendor assigned to me when I recently purchased a new garage door opener from Home Depot.  They did a fantastic job and were very responsive!  Scheduling was very easy and they were communicative on their timing to the two service times that were required.
The first time out, I was given a two hour window to wait for the service.  Before we were even in the time window, the office called me to let me know that my installer wouldn't arrive until late in the window so not to worry about running home immediately - this was personally very helpful for me.  Additionally, their installers on both occasions called me approx. 30 minutes ahead of time to let me know they were on their way.
Now why did I need two service appointments for a simple garage  door opener?  The first appointment, everything was installed just fine but the installer detected some part of the opener that was failing on install.  So instead of letting me make that discovery myself, he let me know and came out another day to replace that part (free of charge, of course).  Now, that likely is how all companies should behave but it was nice they were so thorough with the install.  Finally, they did an inspection of my garage door and gave me a few pointers and low-priority maintenance items that I should likely think about over time but weren't necessary at that second.  This was again helpful to help me think of things needed to maintain my home properly.
