Standard Pest Management

I hired this buisness in 2/2025. The treatment was completed or at least the owner Nate said it was completed. A contract was signed and payment completed. This was treatment for the entire home. By the middle of ajune there was evidence of termites. I contacted Nate multiple times. Each time there was a different excuse. First they were in Tucson. Then they scheduled a date in July and no one showed. No one called to reschedule. After I reached out it was another excuse that he fired a guy and he was down to two trucks. Then it was they were down to one truck and that he would make it right. He then proceeded to tell me they would message me on Wednesday evening September 10 and set up a time. I never heard back. After multiple calls and messages I have asked for a full refund. Still no response. I would never hire this guy. I am not even sure if the first treatment was done properly. I will be filing with the BBB. Please do not hire Nathan. Worst experience. Unprofessional.

They replied to my online service bid request in less than an hour, and it was night. Pricing is fair. Most importantly, Nate and Daveâ s demeanor, appearance and professionalism make me comfortable with them becoming familiar with my property. I would trust them in my home, even if I couldnâ t be there.

Replied to my post in about 30 minutes, it was late at night after hours on a weekend, he was concerned it might be emergency since I requested a quote late at night. I call that good customer service. Others replied during the week. Some were higher prices a few same or a bit lower. I chose this service because, compared to other quotes, I believed the info he gave & his quick replies. I will definitely use him again and refer him.
