Everything went well. Their pricing was the best. They had a sales associate that assisted us throughout our decision process. Delivery was on time. Items were installed properly. Service was provided roughly 3 years ago so I don't remember all of the details now.

Found the drive mechinism was shot. Tech said it would cost more to replace the tub than just to purchase a new one. We were only charged the minimum service call charge. I appreciate the honesty of the Tech.

I think it went well. I would call them again. I think that the serviceman that came was very complete and explained everything. He wasn't trying to be pushy and any of that kind of stuff like a lot of them are. They have been here before in the past years to fix things and they seem to be pretty good. They were in the middle pricewise. They weren't the most expensive and they weren't the cheapest. I did a little bit of research and I found out that that is what it cost these days. I would use them again in the future.
