My overall experience was fair. Butch initially forgot about our first evening meeting for the estimate. I had to call back and ask what happened. He appologized & came out the next evening. He provided an estimate of between 900-1500 to complete the work. He did not write things down as we talked and therefore missed some of the specific details. I felt like I needed to keep reiterating things to make sure they were completed how I wanted them to be. I explained not to cut to many corners because I wanted it done right. When he came back with his estimate he bumped up the high number to 1900 which was annoying. The person doing the work did not caulk properly, left nails exposed where he missed the beams, & didn't seem to have a knack for detail. Conduit was not used as Butch and I had discussed & he did not fill in the new wood gaps. I had to have the worker back out twice to fix some obvious things. I should have got other estimates as I feel the price was high.
