Computer Repair
The Internet access HAS been successfully restored, so the basic problem has been removed.
We have since restored the AVG program after contact with AVG.
We have also decided to replace the computer with another national brand sometime in the future.
The main problem we had was that the technician arbitrarily removed a program which another technician in his company had originally installed when the computer was built without asking us for permission to do so. This behavior is not acceptable in our minds and represents some discrepancies in the company policies.

Softque is a low key company with experienced personnel. The service person was methodical, complete and very helpful in explaining what he did. They were prompt and thorough in the work they did. The charge for the work was MUCH lower than a previous company and MUCH better and thorough.

I started using them when the other major repair guys here gave me an estimate of $250 and SoftQue gave an estimate of $90 but then only ended up charging $65! I would call these people the anti-geeks since they are more interested in being helpful and really caring about me. I recently sent my boss to them: she had an estimate over $1000 for data recovery. SoftQue saved her data off the drive, had it back to her the next day, and only charged $120!
