Mike arrived promptly as scheduled to install a new water supply pipe directly from the water main to our pool and landscape water lines. He installed a new pressure regulator, pressure vacuum breaker, and a hose bib in a new location behind our house. He had previously arranged to have some laborers dig the long trench to bury the pipe underground, but they did not show up. So not only did Mike do the plumbing work, but he and his associate also dug the trench themselves in order to get the job done that day. Mike was highly professional, knowledgeable, friendly, neat, prompt, and reliable. I cannot think of a single negative!  We were delighted that Smith Plumbing was able to squeeze our full day job into their schedule so quickly, and their bid was very reasonable. We are happy that we can now shut off our indoor water without affecting the landscape water. We highly recommend Smith Plumbing, and especially Mike. We will definitely use them for all our plumbing work in the future!

A plumber answered my after hours call (about 6 or 7 pm) and came to the house within an hour or two. He was polite and did a good job. I think the cost might have been a little high, but we were happy to get it fixed quickly without too much trouble.  If you have more time on your hands, I would call around to get pricing from other plumbers.

. We called Smith Plumbing on Memorial Day when we noticed the ground by our water main  was very wet.  Mike came within 2 hours of our call.   He explained in great detail what his diagnosis was, what he would do to fix it, the materials he would use, and suggestions of how we could manage until the next morning when he and his team would arrive. He gave us a flat fee for the work which included lifting up and then replacing all landscaping rock, digging, fixing any irrigation lines that might be broken, in addition to fixing the pipe.  He answered all our questions very completely.  He arrived the next morning on time and finished the work before his estimate ending.  He even was willing to check out and do a quick fix of a minor unrelated problem that another plumber couldn't find after two visits  It was very obvious that customer service and trust was a high priority.  He gave us his personal phone number (not just the office number) to call if we had any issues after he left.  I don't know how Smith compares in price to other plumbers, we liked the way Mike related to us (and our rambunctious dog), so we accepted his bid and felt it was fair. We are very happy with the service and would highly recommend them.

THE APPT. WAS FOR 10:00 TO 11:00. THEY SHOWED UP AT 7:30, SO THEY WERE EARLY, I WASN'T PREPARED FOR THEM TO BE THERE AT THAT TIME. IT COST LESS THAN I EXPECTED AND WAS FIXED CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME.
