Description of Work: Manufactured and delivered a futon/couch to our house. Explained all the options, showroom was available, installer was on time and did a good job setting up and demonstrating.

 + -1 moreWe bought a queen size Comfor-pedic visco-elastic foam mattress from this store. The staff was knowledgeable, personable, and service oriented! We did some preliminary consumer research & learned that the mattress industry is basically unregulated, in that companies will sell the same mattress to different stores and change the names and coverings & no one knows much about what exactly they're buying; mattress preferences are a matter of personal taste. The staff at Sleep Savvy educated us further about the difference between temperature sensitive (Tempur-pedic) vs. pressure sensitive (Comfor-pedic) foam. Temperature sensitive foam is a nightmarishly hot experience for a middle-aged woman in a desert climate! My night sweats & 15 year stiff morning back have been greatly diminished since we bought this divinely comfortable mattress! The quality of this mattress is worth saving for! Go & try it out. They offer payment plans as well. Quality products, really nice staff, & quick delivery!
Description of Work: We tried out all the various types of mattresses including regular coil spring, latex core, and visco-elastic. Staff was attentive, but didn't breathe down our necks either and gave us time to talk while we were trying out the different beds. We had tried the sleep number bed at another store as well- didn't like it at all (Sleep Savvy said they stopped carrying it because of the huge number of returns). Their Comfor-pedic was in a class by itself, far surpassing all the others. They made us a good deal, even threw in two awesome pillows and a waterproof mattress protector! They offered to deliver the next day! The delivery guys called to give us a time frame, and were punctual, polite, clean cut, and quick. To be honest, we started out just dreading this entire experience, anticipating high pressure and shady tactics. Instead it was pleasant & enlightening!
