They were the best!! We had contracted with another pool company but after the hole was dug and plumbing installed, the company declared bankruptcy. Other pool companies were not interested in helping but after contacting Sharper Image, they were onsite that week to help! They took the time to explain all the steps to get the pool completed and answer all our questions! As portions of the project were completed, Lynde and Chad would come out and check the work to ensure it was done properly. They communicated with us multiple times during the week with updates and timelines of what was being done next. We were lucky to find such an amazing group to work with!!

Went excellent. We started with a concrete hole and dirt in our backyard. After 2 months we have a pool, spa, beautiful decking, grill and firepit. They handled all the permit stuff and it went smoothly. They got us quotes from good reliable subcontractors which made it easy to choose who to use..
