Ampam Rigg's Plumbing is very professional and helpful in many ways. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and they also take their good time to make sure the work is done right. You can always bet that they will get the job done correctly the first time, and they receive my utmost recommendation.

We were given a time to expect the serviceman at between 8 and noon on the day we requested service. Dennis arrived promptly at 9 a.m. (we are a 30 mile drive from their office) and took care of our issues quickly and thoroughly. We had initially wanted a pressure regulator installed for the irrigation system but he explained that it was something the entire house needed to protect our appliances. Dennis was able to get everything taken care of within two hours and gave us some advice on a few other questions we had about recirculating systems we thought we might want for a bathroom furthest from the water heater.

I needed the work done right away. Riggs sent out Dennis and fixed the problem in a timely fashion. It was a great experience.

He does a good job and is honest and sincere. I would definitely hire Kent and Dennis again.

I GOT THE HOT WATER HEATER FOR FREE DUE TO BEING UNDER WARRANTY. THE LADY AT THE OFFICE CONTACTED THE MANUFACTURER FOR ME AND HANDLED ALL ISSUES FOR ME. THEY CAME ON TIME AND FIXED IT WITHIN 45 MINTUES.

Mr. Darrel Waterman, Service Technician, was very courteous. He did the work in a timely manner and cleaned up every place he worked. I definitely would hire him for future plumbing jobs.

OVERALL, THEY PROVIDED GOOD SERVICE & WORK. THE REPAIR THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY (NO CHARGE). THERE WAS A TOILET THAT WOULD NOT STOP RUNNING & HE HAD TO REPLACE A GASKET. THERE WAS A PLUG ON TOP OF MY SINK THAT DID NOT MATCH THE STAINLESS STEEL SINK & THEY REPLACED IT. THE SERVICE REP WAS PROFESSIONAL, ON TIME, & COMPLETED HIS WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER.

THE JOB WAS COMPLETED ON TIME. THEY HAVE VERY GOOD SERVICE, AND ARE VERY RESPONSIVE TO QUESTIONS. THEY HAVE GOOD COMMUNICATION.

I ENJOYED RIGGS BECAUSE OF THEIR FAST SERVICE AND THOROUGHNESS.

THE PLUMBER WAS PROFESSIONAL AND CAME ACROSS AS KNOWING HOW TO DO HIS JOB. HE FOUND THE LEAKING PIPE, FIXED THE PROBLEM AND LEFT OUR HOME.

THEY DID OUR ORIGINAL PLUMBING FOR OUR HOUSE. THEY HAVE BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PUNCTUAL FIXING ALL PROBLEMS. I WILL NOT HESITATE TO CALL THEM AGAIN.
