She asked my if I had purchased a service contract on the NEW washer.  I said no one had offered me one and asked, "Why would I need a service contract on a brand new washer?"
I was told I could call for service on the Kenmore (Sears brand) washer but if the Sears repair person could not find anything wrong, I would be charged for a service call.

Their cost is high. They could lower their prices, and fall in line with other providers.

Overall the experience was ok/fair.  They replaced my tire fairly quickly, but I noticed by maintainence light came on after and there is a knocking underneath the car which they warned me about and gave an estimate to fix.  They recommend an alignment as well.  I waited sometime to be seen when I arrived due to a lack of personnel, but overall it went smootly.

They were very good.  The staff was friendly and everybody was polite.  They just made me feel very welcomed and I could tell that they weren't trying to take advantage or mention things that weren't necessary and didn't need any repairs on.  They basically diagnosed my vehicle, told me what I need and how much it's going to cost.  I believe for some reason they don't mark up because I got few other estimates and everybody was at least two to three hundred bucks more.  We have a onetime repair charge and the part cost was two to three times lower than the other places that I was getting quoted at.  I was getting quotes for four, five or six hundred dollars.  I definitely recommend them if people want to get a fair price and not be taken advantage off.  Like I said everybody is friendly there.  They are just very upfront and honest which is hard to find in a mechanic.
