Each time Scott and Stacy have been here they have been exceptionally professional. They're precise, professional, quiet, and do what they need to do to get things done. A few times as they've walked out they have said "We have to go to the store for a part" - then they're right back and finish things up. Even when they discovered one of the new faucets I bought was not working, they didn't look at me and say "It's broken", they just told me they were going to Home Depot to exchange the faulty faucet and then came right back with a working one and installed it. They work quietly and quickly. Each of them work on something independently, or if there's only one thing to repair, they usually do it together. These are not just "night jobs" for Scott and Stacy. They do this for a living and are available almost anytime you need them.
