"I understand your concern and did the best I could. Yes we fell short in this case and I did everything I could to make it right. I do care about my customers and am 100% dedicated to my company and my customer's satisfaction. At the end of the day, in fairness to you, I felt it would be best to part ways. The location of your two properties is very far from the core of our regular customers which made it difficult to be as responsive as we would have liked to be. I did not charge you for my time, fuel, or material for these jobs even thought this cost me in excess of $500 because we did not meet your expectations. I find it unfortunate that after our many years of great service you penalize us with such a negative rating. We wish you the best and hope you find what you are looking for. In business I have found that you can't please everyone despite how hard you try."

ScorpionTech is great - I have used them for 2 and a half years now. They are always polite and punctual. I like dealing with their people because everyone is nice. The service has been good, they have successfully created a barrier around my home, which is next to a desert area. I use a black light at night to see if there are scorps around the house and over the time they have sprayed the population is way down, almost completely gone, and I am very happy with that. I usually have them spray outside, but once in a while I have them do the inside as well because we'll get a centipede or two. The inside spray is effective too. I just hired them now to do a termite treatment, since we just found first evidence of that. I can't say how that went because they have not done it yet, but I am confident that it will be fine. I will also say that ScorpionTech has a clear understanding of what it takes to effectively spray for scorpions, which I have learned is actually a tricky thing to get right. Most pest control companies say they spray for scorps, but they don't really understand how to do it right, and what works and what doesn't. Overall I'm a fan, these guys are great.
