Santana's Sparkling Pool Service

Hector Santana did a great job correcting problem (without extra cost). He is doing a excellent job with keep my pool "sparkling" and I recommend this young man highly.,

They do a very good job of keeping the pool clean. I'm very happy with them. Our pool looks fantastic.

.I thought they were excellent. They were within budget and also they finished ahead of schedule. They were quick and efficient.

They convinced us that we needed to drain our pool so we did. They never came back to clean it or put the chemicals back in. I called then twice and no return call. :(

Hector was one of the few pool service providers that responded to my request for service. I contacted 7 providers, 3 responded, and 2 gave me a quote. Hectors was very competitive and I contacted him on a Thursday to start the work. It took until the following Monday for Hector to get back to me. He said that he would begin the work on 3/2, but didn't show that day. When I contacted him he said that his computer had crashed and that all of his info showed a start date of 3/3. When he finally showed up he did an excellent job. It was done in a timely manner, and for a fair price. I have no complaints with the quality of the work performed and I would certainly use Hector again, but just a word of warning, be patient.

Contacted them to get estimate on acid wash, tile cleaning and tile repair after watching a YouTube video on how Hector did an acid wash. He was very prompt and answered all our questions including how the acid solution would be disposed of once they were done. Estimate arrived via email a day later and was in the same price range as others I had contacted. We agreed to empty the pool prior to their arrival and date was set for work to be done. A few days before the date arrived we had a medical emergency and contacted them to move the date. They were very gracious and agreed to a new date. We emptied the pool and hot tub as promised prior to their arrival. Hector arrived promptly with one other worker and they started with the hot tub. It had a lot of staining which they were able to minimize but not completely remove. Hector asked us to take a look and after a short discussion on what possibly caused the staining we agreed that it was ok. They cleaned the existing tiles and recemented the loose tiles and the tiles now look like new. Some areas of the pool were acid washed twice just to make sure all the calcium buildup was removed. The pool turned out just fabulous. They also fixed the water leveler and replaced the lights in both the hot tub and the pool. We refilled the pool and re-added the chemicals ourselves because we wanted to clean/repair our pool filter which we did a few days later but Hector would have come out to do the chemicals if we had asked him to. We were extremely happy with Hector and the service he provided and have already contacted him regarding some more work on our pool equipment.
