Roper Glass (Jeff Roper) was contracted to replace our outdated master bathroom shower enclosure with a "frameless" shower enclosure. He showed up with his helper, apparently his son, tore out the old enclosure, and replaced it with the new enclosure. He did a shoddy job, though, and I showed him where the corners that he cut in the metal enclosure were jagged and, potentially dangerous -- he said they were fine and just left them as is. I showed him where the caulking was shoddy and he re-did a portion of the caulking and then left. Soon after he left, I noticed that the shower door would not close correctly, in that the bottom part of the shower door did not even come close to making contact in order to seal the enclosure and stop water from leaking out of the shower. I called him right away and advised him of this issue and he came back with his son a few days later, agitated and trying to convince me that it was my "house's fault" because the walls were not perfectly square -- therefore, he could not install the shower enclosure properly, and noone would be able to do so, etc. He then said that I should just call the company that provided him with the parts (Arizona Shower Door) and have them come out to give a second opinion, which I did and, when they came out, they told me that the shower enclosure was improperly installed and that either Roper or they themselves would reinstall it in order to remedy the situation. The rep. from AZ Shower Door said that he would contact Roper to discuss and call me back with an update. I have never heard back from either this rep. or from Roper in the matter and, therefore, ALMOST TWO YEARS LATER, our master bathroom shower is still non-functional thanks to Roper and AZ Shower Door. We cannot use that shower due to Roper's failed installation and subsequent failure to remedy the situation. AVOID THIS INCOMPETENT LOSER AT ALL COSTS!
