They were on time and the technician who came explained everything to me. He was a clean cut guy and inspired comfort. He did everything in a timely manner and he stayed in his time frame. The price was fair. I will definitely hire them if I have a need again. Other service providers have come out and charged me a lot of money without giving me an accounting of what it was for. I was pleasantly surprised that they didn't do that at all and told me what all costs were for. I would definitely highly recommend them.

I called rooter 4 less after doing some online research after my toilet supply line broke and made a mess in my house. Typically plumbers are known for not having great customer service skills. This company QUICKLY exceeding my expectations. They gave me a few hour window and their technician called me to let me know when he was on his way. They were fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. They even recommended an amazing restoration company to help with the mess the water made. I am very happy with their service and will continue to use and recommend them.
