Sheryl S. McClure, EA is the owner of Rock Solid Tax and Accounting LLC. As an Enrolled Agent, she is licensed by the U. S. Department of the Treasury to represent any taxpayer before the Internal Revenue Service. Enrolled Agent is the highest credential awarded by the IRS. Enrolled Agents must pass a rigorous three-part examination covering individual and business tax returns, must pass a background check, must adhere to ethical standards and complete at least 72 hours of continuing education every three years. Once this elite status is earned, EA s have unlimited practice rights before the IRS. Sheryl holds a Liberal Arts degree from the University of Kansas, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Accounting degree from the University of Phoenix. She is an active member of the National Association of Tax Professionals. She takes great pride in staying current with the ever-changing IRS and Arizona Department of Revenue rulings, and frequently takes in excess of 50 hours of continuing education every year.
