The sales staff, management and finance personnel restored my faith in sales people. I have had bad experiences purchasing vehicles in the past, and was dreading the process. I did my homework on Kelly Blue Book, NADA, Angies List, etc. and was prepared for battle. The dealership offered a fair price up front. They discussed out the door pricing from the start, and I did not encounter any surprises or problems. Chris, Phil, Nathan and Andrew did an excellent job and provided an honest value. I would take future business to Riverview Toyota.

They do a good job. I have a prepaid service agreement. They are nice people and it's a nice facility. They do good quality work.

My experience at Riverview over several years has generally been better than at other Toyota dealerships although Riverview does tend to recommend repairs or maintenance items that my independent mechanic says are not necessary.

I use them all of the time. It is where we bought our cars. The customer service representatives are very helpful. They know the cars very well. They know everything going on. If there is an issue, they let me know. They are very honest. I am sure that there are cheaper places, but I trust them. I will continue to use them.

Their pricing is very reasonable. I can call them up one day and have an appointment the next day and be finished in the afternoon. They are always right on in terms of trying to fix things and they do the work fast. They are very professional.
