Rich provided landscaping services at our property over the course of about five years. Until 2010 he provided resonable good gardening service. He was never attentive to provide actual landscaping. On several occaisions I requested services that he never followed through with an estimate.Starting in 2010 the gardening service deteriorated rapidly. Because of the long association we put up with it until the spring of 2011 when the crew came and left within 10 minutes doing virtually no work. At that point we had to let his service go.
