Have the worst, OLD, GROSS  carpet in this house but listing it for sale so didn't want to invest in new carpet at this time.  Bruce came out and did a great job trying to get it clean.  Will use him again for future work.  He's very polite, punctual and I'm sure will do a great job for clients.

I have a very old carpet, but this is not the year to replace it, so I thought a good cleaning would rejuvenate it. It did! There were some old pet stains that have been worked on many times, but they apparently go through to the pad, because they eventually begin to show again.

Bruce came right on time and hooked up his equipment immediately. He includes moving light furniture in the deal, but I had already moved all but one glass topped coffee table. He worked steadily for at least a couple of hours, and it looked great when he left! It still does, two months later!

Bruce was very prompt and professional. The carpet felt almost dry when he finished and has never looked better.

It was a fabulous experience. The owner showed up on time and because I was short a bedroom, he offered to do my staircase. Excellent job and would highly recommend.

I have recently moved into my home and the carpet in the bedroom was horrible with about 8 big brown spots on it. The house is only 8 years old, but the previous owner had two small dogs that were obviously out of control. Bruce worked on the carpet until it looked like new -- to my great surprise. I was very pleased.

He came out and cleaned the carpets in 5 rooms for us. He also cleaned some rugs for me, and did a really good job. I definitely would use him again.

We had Bruce from Reliance Floor Care come out to do our carpets and tile/grout cleaning. We are in a large 4,200 square foot home so it was a large job. We had never professionally cleaned our tile/grout so the grout in the main walking areas were very dark so it was really dirty. Bruce was doing our floors for over 4 hours and even moved furniture around to make sure it was done right. I was absolutely amazed on the job he did on our house as I never write reviews but was just blown away. Our floors haven't looked this good since we moved in. It really shows that he takes pride in his work and would refer them to anyone. We will have them come back on a regular basis from now on as prices were very fair. If you need your floors cleaned give Bruce a call you will not be disappointed.
