Scott, Alex, and their crews arrived promptly on the scheduled day of work. Everyone introduced themselves, were very courteous, and very friendly. Top-notch workmanship. Super fast and very flexible. Can't say enough good things about Red Mountain Renovations.

He always communicated. When he came to visit me I think he was on time. If he wasn't, he would always tell me why and also when to expect him. He was very flexible too. While I was not able to be there on time he would wait for me. When I got to know him I was able to leave the key with him. I didn't have any trouble. He had a big crew and so they were able to work fast compared to another company who had just one man to do the floor. I liked them because they really were fast. He was very friendly and explained to me everything. He answered all my questions and there were many. He just told me what I can expect from one choice versus another. He gave me his honest opinion. He let me choose the type of floor that I wanted and he provided me referral to the different types of wood that he did. I ended up giving a special order for engineered wood. It was just not available and I had to order it. So it was a little more expensive because of that too. The thing that I did not like was he was not regular and also the crew was a little messy. They were nice and respectful but a little messy. It was very hot and so they were drinking a lot of juices and can sodas and bottles which they always left all over the house. When they finished the work I was finding empty cans everywhere; in the hallway, in the tables, in the kitchen and outside but it was not a deal breaker. I wished they cleaned a little bit better. His price was the best compared to the four people I got quotes from. I actually have already called him to come back and have a look at my lower floors and give me a quote.
