This father and sons family owned roofing LLC business is trustworthy and delivers quality work on time and as promised. Their customer service/sales, spearheaded by Jose, the son is second to none and is to be recommended. Even though it is a young company (about a year or so), they have many years of roofing experience. Jose came for a quote just before the recent October weekend of torrential rain and after he explained to me the scope of work involved and after he promised to repair an urgent leak above the garage, he has my business. Sure enough, he came the following day for the repair just on time for the rainfall. That’s customer service ! FYI, this is a 2-storey UDC 3900 ft2 monarch home in the Palisades, Foothills Club west and the job took 3 ½ - 4 days.

Jose took time to stop by and replace a couple of tiles in the front of our house. Jose and his brother did a fantastic job. Will use this company again when necessary.

Had a leak in the roof. Several roofers wanted to replace a section of the roof for thousands of dollars. RDR Roofing was abe to patch the leak for $500 with two year warranty on the work. Jose responded quickly and had the job done the day after I called. Very friendly and respectful.

I am very impressed with this Father and Sons family owned business. From the start they listened to my concerns, fast free estimate. They were able to squeeze my work in the following business day. Always in communication about status of repair. This entire process was AWESOME. They did the work on TRUST and I didnt pay until the work was done. They even came to me so as not inconvenience me during a wicked haboob storm. I waited a week to make my comments knowing it was going to storm again. Dry as a bone, no further water damage seen. The price was right on point. After 4 quotes and reviewing the detail of repairs, I felt confident they knew what had to be done.

I am extremely please with the job RDR Roofing did for me today with my damaged patio roof. Overall, I was very please l when co-owner of RDR came to my home to give me an estimate. After getting on the roof, taking pictures of the damage, he met with me, showed me pictures and went to his truck and printed the information including materials to be used and estimate for the entire project. RDR estimate included the following: Materials to be used and Scope of work which was impressived to me. For such a young person, he is very business savy. The workers started at 7:00 AM today, Sept. 2, 2025 and was was done at 1:00 PM today including loading up all of the items that was on the roof. I was so happy, I gave them lunch and a very good tip.

A recent storm blew a set of shingles off my roof. RDR Came out fast, gave me a bid for my roof repair immediately, found a perfect match to our shingles and had me totally patched up a couple days later. I will definitely call them first when I need anything else.

As a new vendor, Jose came to the house to get specific information on the job to be performed. He had many questions and explained the specificity of the questions. The following day RDR provided a detailed specific quote and confirmed there would NOT be any changes in the bid identified and provided. Also, providing samples of the roofing tile and choices in selection. At the end of the day, RDR Roofing bid provided to be the low bider, but was very specific in the job it would perform and reaffirming NO UNEXPECTED CHANGES IN BID! RDR ROOFING arrived on the day specified on the contract and continued to perform and complete the job before the actual anticipated completion date. They were timely, efficient and thorough. Upon completion of the job, Jose came to explain the completion of the job and answer any questions we had. He reminded the guarantee RDR ROOFING provided on their completed jobs. To me, RDR ROOFING had good customer service.
