There wasn't much to do at that time until I was able to let the shower dry out.

I was satisfied with his service. The quality of service was good. I really like them.

I would definitely recommend this business. I called Randy's and actually spoke to Randy himself! He sent someone out to our home on the very same day... AND... they waived the service charge! Our service person took out the ice maker that had stopped working, after checking it to see if it could be repaired or should be replaced. He installed a brand new one. After all was said and done, we had a new ice maker installed and the old one removed all in less than 3 hours from the time I placed the call for service!!!!!!!

They came out on time. Were very friendly and responsive and always give us a good estimate. When they worked on applicances on our rental, they would deal with the renter and fix the problem promptly and then bill us for the work. We will continue to use them when needed.

He was great. He was a nice and very knowledgeable guy. Everything was fine except I am having trouble with the part he put in so I am probably going to have to call him back.

A dog bed had been ripped open. The stuffing came out in the dryer. I was not able to remove it all from the dryer and it began to mold. I called Randy Friday and he came out Monday morning. Randy took my dryer apart and cleaned it out. Everything had dried out, but then and there wasn't much of a smell. He was kind, knowledgeable and explained what he was doing as he went along. Randy had given me a 4 hour time frame and called about 1 hour before his arrival to let me know he was on his way.

My Amana refrigerator ice maker was only making ice when it felt like it. Called Randy and he was out the next day and very quickly found the problem. The heating coil in the ice maker had become deformed and was not in its proper place. Therefore, no heat was getting to the cubes which if working properly, would make the ice fall into the bucket. He had a replacement ice maker in his truck and quickly installed it.

I should have looked ahead. I told my story above.

Definitely a gentleman and very honest. Showed me what the problem was which was very nice. Told me that I could probably get a new freezer quickly. In the mean time, he told me to put a fan against the condenser because the fan in the condenser was not working. He only charged me for the service call even though I feel he put in a lot of work.

Found Randy's on Angie's list and they were able to schedule me the next day. Came, discovered the problem and solved it (a new circuit board). Magic! Nice, knowledgeable, prompt. It doesn't get better than that.

He was very personable and seemed to want to do a good job.

Randy's a very pleasant fellow. He arrived when he said he would and got right to work (kind of like Santa). I will definitely call Randy again.

RANDY HAS ALWAYS BEEN HONEST. IF THERE IS A PROBLEM NOT WORTH FIXING HE WILL TELL YOU. ALWAYS COURTEOUS AND ON TIME.
