"Good afternoon Sir- I wanted to reach out and make sure you were happy after completion of our service. You are correct, we do ask for a 50% deposit at time of order as the glass units are custom sizing for existing frames and neither returnable or reusable. I wish we could make dual pane units in house, but there would be no way to effectively warranty them as their integral seal is so important in our climate. With having the units manufactured in a sterile facility, we are able to warranty against seal failure for up to 10 years. Our suppliers have unfortunately been at a 7-9 business day lead time for the last few years. I sincerely hope you are happy with our service, you were very kind to work with.
