The service call went well.  The technician arrived on time and was very professional.  We schedule another appointment to complete some repairs to ductwork in attic.

Fantastic group. They give me a number of dates to choose from and I pick the best date that is best for us. I don't have to call them a month in advance. I was so pleased with their work that I wrote the chairman of the company.

First, the company knew we needed a new unit when the old one broke down. They called later on Friday to say they could come on Saturday (next day) if we wished at no additional charge. We agreed and they were here on time at 8:00 AM. The installer from R T Brown were  very careful, polite, cleaned up following completion of installation. They programmed unit and then took the time to explain everything after the units were tested to assure everything in working order .
We selected R T Brown as they were the original company that put the A/C in when our home was built in 1997. They have been a first class company that was responsive to any maintenance service we had each year.
We have recommended R T Brown to friends because they are dependable, do quality work at reasonable prices.

This company always does a great job fixing and servicing my ac/heating. They have different service plans that save money on biyearly servicing. They are always on time and will inform you if parts are not working correctly so that you can repair them before they break. I have been using this service for 6 years now and never had any problems.

They also service all my stuff twice a year for about 16 years now. They have always done a good job and  I have always been satisfied.

They come on time and do what they are supposed to do. They do a good job and so I haven?t had any trouble with the units. I would recommend them to others too. The price that they charge is fair. The AC works fine in the summer. I will use their services again in the next year.

This was the second service. Both times, service was excellent. Tech even changed my air filters at no charge.

WHEN WE HAD OUR HOUSE BUILT THIS COMPANY WAS THE CONTRACTOR THAT INSTALLED THE HEATING AND COOLING SYSTEM IN OUR HOME. WE HAD OUR A/C SERVICED AFTER THE FIRST YEAR, AND THEY FOUND A FREON LEAK. WE THOUGHT THEY HAD FIXED IT. THE FOLLOWING YEAR, WE HAD THE COMPANY DO AN ANNUAL INSPECTION AND TUNE-UP AGAIN. THEY FOUND OUT THAT THE LEAK WAS STILL THERE. YES, THEY FIXED IT AGAIN. IT WASN'T UNTIL THE THIRD YEAR, WHEN WE HAD THEM DO THE ANNUAL INSPECTION AND TUNE-UP THAT THEY FINALLY FIXED THE PROBLEM CORRECTLY. THEY HAD TO GO THROUGH SOME WALLS TO REPAIR. ACTUALLY, I SHOULDN'T SAY IT'S FINALLY FIXED. WE HAVEN'T HAD AND ARE NOT SCHEDULED TO HAVE AN ANNUAL INSPECTION AND TUNE-UP AGAIN UNTIL NEXT SPRING. I CAN TELL YOU ONE THING THOUGH, I WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I AM GLAD WE KEPT RECORDS, BECAUSE THE REPAIR BILL WOULD HAVE BEEN $1482, EXCEPT WE WERE ABLE TO PROVE THAT THEY INSPECTED AND FIXED EVERY YEAR.
