He is really great. In the past he has done small and big jobs for me. He has charged $300 or $400 for the biggest job. He has repaired the drywall on the outside of my house that was cracked, he has done electrical work, smoke alarms, ceiling fans, some plumbing work, etc. He has done varieties of jobs for me like pluming, electrical, painting and touch-up and repaired and repainted the molding cracks on the wall. He installed the tiles where the tiles were cracked. I had some extra tiles which he cut out and installed so that it matched. He is very responsive and responsible. He does excellent work. His price is reasonable.
