My experience has gone very well. We have been using them for about 15 years now. They are very dependable and very hard workers. He is very honest and pleasant. He is a perfectionist when doing the job. He allows us to pay in installments and the pricing is very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to others.

I have nothing but good things to say about them. They came promptly when they said they would. They were very clear about the pricing. If I vacuum first, it was less expensive. I did that and it was less expensive. Everything was cleaned up and all the equipments were removed. The carpets came out nice and clean. We did put an extra coating on it, which cost extra but I knew that was going to cost extra.

Wonderful service! We have several large area rugs over our tile floors and I wasn't sure if a carpet cleaning company would do just area rugs...and they did! Appointment was made in a timely fashion, and business was very friendly on the phone. Email and phone reminders about the appointment followed. We moved furniture and vacuumed prior to the cleaning - that saves some money off the cost.
Cleaner arrived on time. He discussed the process, measured and gave us a quote for price. He began his work and was here for almost 2 hours. There was a discount for Angie's List consumers. The rugs look beautiful - colors bright and vibrant again! He left us complete instructions as well as answering any questions we had about the drying and continued care. They also gave us a little gift of a mini-loaf bread - which we had with our coffee and it was yummy!

Absolutely wonderful from the time I called to the time they finished.

As usual, Wayne arrive on time, did a great job of cleaning our carpets and provided a bottle of spot remover. The job was done on time, with no fuss, and very professionally. Best carpet cleaning service we have ever had.

They went above and beyond. They were very prompt and I've never had such an efficient carpet cleaning. We've had a lot of tracking and have 2 dogs and it was just amazing to me that they got it so clean. They took a lot time and care and they made it just gorgeous! They left us detailed information on how to maintain the look and quality of the carpet. They even left us a homemade loaf of bread as a thank you for our business.

Overall the carpet cleaning was excellent.

Wayne arrived at 9:30 a.m. as promised. He explained the process to both my husband and myself. He verified the square footage and the rooms to be cleaned then proceeded to bring his equipment in the house. He pre-treated the entire area to be cleaned then went on to the actual cleaning. His discounts were generous and appreciated and we were even able to use the 30% discount from his ad in Angie's List booklet. He was here 3hrs from start to finish. As a customer appreciation gesture, he gave us aspecial dessert bread made by his wife and co-worker. They both are very friendly and their work is excellent. Would highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

Fine. Prestige is very professional and uses quality products and equipment. He was competitive in price with qualified carpet/upholstery cleaners and had a special going that competed with other carpet cleaners. There are some super discounted deals with coupons but many of those great prices come with a cavaet. When they arrive, spots treated cost extra, and the price that sounded fantastic isn't so great anymore. I did have a great deal with a groupon coupon, Kaiper Hard Surface Restoration, Melvin is the owner and does the work himself. Melvin also does hard surface grout cleaning and floor cleaning. He is going to clean our bathrooms and tile flooring. His quote was very reasonable and much lower than other grout contractors.

I called the fellow on Sunday night hoping to set up an appt. for the following day. He called me back right away and we set up a time that worked for both of us. He arrived promptly the next day ready to do the job! Ours was a small job, just 400 sq. ft and he charged us $100.00 which is his minimum. He did a thorough job and we wouldn't hesitate to get him again.

Overall, it was fantastic. The quality was outstanding. Mr. Wayne was great in terms of his professionalism. My experience with him was absolutely great. He was whatever you could think and praise somebody for.

From the phone call to set up an appointment, to the arrival at our house, to the cleaning of our carpets and sofa, to the attention to detail and "after care" guidance, we have been extremely pleased. Easy to work with and very professional. We received a follow-up call the next day to make sure we were satisfied and there were no problems. The company policy is to guarantee customer satisfaction or your money is returned with no hassle. Can't beat that! (We haven't tested this though since we have always been very satisfied)

I used various carpet cleaning companies in the past. I called this company and made an appointment that was convenient for me. They arrived on time and I was pleasantly surprised at how good my carpet looked when they were finished.

They quality of the work was great. The couch and love seat turned out beautifully. They were also willing to offer us discounts for sending other customers to them. They were on time and worked hard and fast. They probably spent an hour on cleaning the couch and love seat and really did a great thorough job. We highly recommend them to others.

Our home has five bedrooms and has carpeting pretty much through the house. They came in and did a great job. There was a lot to do. They moved the furniture and did a very nice job getting everything looking great. It did not take all that long to do the work. They were very nice to work with and we will use them again.
