The poor workmanship really showed after a few years. The first irritating issue was the new dishwasher was not balanced from the beginning, and the top tray would roll out. I asked Premier to take a look at it within 3 months of their work, and they told me to contact the manufacturer. That is never a good sign. I called a repairman instead, and he told me (1) they used the trim holes as mounting holes (2) the feet were never extended, and therefore, it was just hanging from the top which caused the dishwasher to rip out of it's mounting holes. The second issue was mold started forming under the tub deck. I contacted a repairman and he told me Premier installed the tile directly on top of plywood and did not install a concrete board barrier to prevent water intrusion and mold. The entire tub needs to be reworked now. There are a host of other reasons their work was both expensive and poor - they added a number of items we did not request, like wall mounted make-up mirrors. A couple of the toilet paper holders were installed with one screw instead of two and they ripped out after a couple of years. The communication was awful; our countertop choice was no longer available and we ended up with something completely different than we picked out.

This remodel was an excellent experience. Everyone was very professional and super nice. The designer we worked with was Laura.  She was amazing! Laura was not only talented but she was a great listener and helped us pull together a beautiful kitchen. She held our hands through the entire remodel and came to our house at practically a moments notice to help us make decisions. The main person who did almost all the work on our kitchen was Pablo. He was also amazing! Very talented, hard working, polite, tidy and had a great eye for detail. Kent was our project manger. He was very attentive. He was always quick to answer our phone calls, texts or e-mails.  Kent was on top of things and made sure that all was going smoothly. This remodel was done in the time specified and for the amount of money budgeted. There were no surprises or disappointments. We would definitely use Premier for another remodeling project and we would gladly recommend them to others.

It has been 4 months since the work was completed and  there is absolutely nothing that has turned up to be a 'complain' item, or anything that needs follow-up attention.  Everything that Premier did was thorough and perfect.  Those are lofty words to use when describing a remodel, but they are honest and appropriate.  The employees (Premier does not 'job out' anything other than drywall) are all professional, pleasant and highly skilled. We always enjoyed their company when they were onsite.  Our design consultant guided us through all of the product and design selections with grace and experience.  She picked up on our sense of style immediately and only showed us items that would appeal to us.  Premier is a one-stop-shop company.  The products are all available in their gorgeous showroom.  The only thing we had to go offsite to select was the granite for all of the countertops.  Our project manager,Greg Heden (who also turned out to be the owner of Premier Kitchen and Bath) stopped by the house quite often and was fast to respond to any questions/thoughts/ideas  that we presented. Premier is not the  least expensive remodeling company in town, but it's hard to imagine that there's one that could be better.  We are very grateful that we obtained their name from a neighbor, and  hope that anyone considering hiring a company to do a remodel will make a visit to Premier's show room before making the final "who will do our remodel" decision.

Outstanding design consultant, project manager and installer!  We were not in any rush to get project done and the time from initial consult to completion might have been too long for some people, but it was just fine for us.  The quality of materials and completed craftsmanship is wonderful.  We are very happy.  Everything was completed as expected and to the highest standards.  The installer did his very best to keep the job site clean and orderly during the installation process.  I would be happy to use this company again and I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a kitchen or bathroom remodel.

This quality of service  illustrates the commitment Premier has made over the years to ensuring quality work and customer satisfaction. The remodel designs in our kitchen and baths were timeless and the products they helped us select were top notch and durable.  We are still very proud to tell our friends that Premier is our favorite remodeling company and to recommend them highly.  In fact, Greg Heden, the CEO, is a perfectionist and when he personally reviewed the work in our kitchen at the end of the job, had his team correct some very minor issues, like the position of the microwave was back a half inch so it bumped into the trim on the cabinet -- an issue my husband and I had even noticed.

We asked Premier Kitchen and Bath to remodel our kitchen and bathrooms while we were gone from the house during the summer. We selected the materials before we left for the summer, and returned to find the remodeling job complete. The design and work was exceptional. They came in on time and on budget. They have been a joy to work with, and took good care of our home while we were gone. They are trustworthy, reliable, and masters at their trade. The designer even came out during the installation of the granite to make sure it was installed with the grain going the way that he thought would look best.
We arrived back at our home this fall to find everything cleaned up, working properly, and we are now enjoying our beautiful new kitchen and bathrooms.
I would highly recommend them, and told them they could use me as a reference. Thanks Premier!

THIS COMPANY WAS SLOW IN PERFORMING THEIR JOB. THE TRIM WORK WAS DONE SLOPPILY. THE WORKERS WERE MESSY AND DID NOT CLEAN-UP WELL. WHEN WE ASKED FOR THEM TO COME BACK AND FIX THESE THINGS, THEY WERE VERY SLOW IN RESPONSE.
