Total scam and owner, Don is a liar. He charged me for glass repair that he didn't complete, my back window tint is peeling and he damaged my rear defroster which is going to cost over $500 to replace. He has promised over and over to fix it - he schedules appointments and doesn't keep them. When I went in to ask for a refund he threatened me with physical violence. Google him under Precision Glass or DC Glass - he has quite a bit of problems with insurance companies, individuals and the police. So not only do I NOT recommend him, I would warn anyone and everyone to STAY AWAY - too bad the car wash businesses continue to allow him to harm their paying customers.
