 + -1 moreI found his ad online. I called and left a message. He promptly returned my call. He talked to me about my pool and recommended some options so I could save some money. I felt no pressure or no sales hype. I felt very comfortable talking to him and felt that I could trust him. I gave him some money so he would get started. He did and inspection on my pool and all my systems. He set up to pump the water out of my pool, then returned the next day to power wash and acid wash. He also removed all the sand out of my filter and put it into bags so it could be discarded, then put new sand back into the filter. He returned when my pool was refilled to inspect everything so then I paid him the balance on my invoice.
Description of Work: My swimming pool needed to be cleaned and my sand filter needed new sand. Pool Side Service was very helpful on the phone and gave me options and made me very comfortable. He answered all my questions. He answered my calls promptly and serviced my pool in a timely manner like I was expecting. NO SURPRISES! I ended up with a pool water drain, acid wash, power wash, and sand removed from my filter and replaced, I also got some O rings replaced on my system. He also offered me a Baracuda Ranger pool cleaner at a much better price that I could have bought at t local pool supply store.
