PlumbSmart did an excellent job replacing a kitchen faucet that was leaking. I was able to get a same day appointment and their technician, Charles arrived on time and completed the work within a couple of hours. In addition to replacing the kitchen faucet with one that I had purchased, I also had him replace the turn valves for the hot/cold water lines. I'll definitely look to use PlumbSmart again for my next plumbing issue.

Had to replace my gas water heater. Chase was very professional, and he got the job done same day. Very competitive pricing, and I am very pleased with the new water heater.

It is difficult to write this review. We have been customers for about 20 years. Our last experience was terrible. The technician, Francisco, tried to tell us he could not make a simple repair and to properly repair our problem it would cost $5,000+. The cost to repair the real problem was $1,500, which was repaired by a ROC licensed plumber. We also were stuck with an unnecessary $600 underground leak detection bill, and to top it off, he damaged some of our plumbing which we had repaired by another licensed plumber for $200. At this point I am trying to decide whether to file with the Registrar of Contractors or whether a fraud complaint with the Attorney General would be more appropriate.

They came and gave me an estimate sixteen days ago, which I accepted, they never called me. I called them three times and have gotten the runaround. One person told me not to call them that they would call me, which has never happened. This is the WORST experience I have ever had with any repair on my house

Office staff and repairmen were friendly. I would use them for a plumbing repair. However, I had a sewer issue that required them to the camera the line and discover the problem. I got a vague answer about a lot of water in the street, and it was suggested that I call the city to see if they would repair it. They warned me that the city would push back, but said I should stick with it. My neighbor suggested I get a second opinion and told me he used Roto-Rooter for his sewer issue. They came out, and the process was much different. He was able to tell me that there were roots in the line, which he snaked out. He also suggested I call the city, but let me know that they would supply the camera video as back up. I took him up on this and got the camera footage from Roto-Rooter and from Plumb Smart. The Roto-Rooter footage was much more accurate and professional. The service tech lingered over the roots and described what he was seeing, whereas the PlumbSmart tech can be heard saying Whoa, that is a lot of water! and pulling out. The PlumbSmart video was timed at 4 AM in January 2012. I was told it is just a quirk of their equipment. Roto-Rooter had the correct time and date as well as the distance of the camera, and the tech verbally stated all of the information. I was disappointed in the quality of the camera work, and will not trust PlumbSmart to work on my sewer again. It may sound odd, but I would be willing to call them for inside plumbing work, where I can oversee the results a little closer. They seemed honest, so I would give them one more chance to prove themselves.
