Anthony showed up right at the scheduled time for a quote. We had a leak in the pipe between the city water meter and the house. He offered several options from just patching the leak to replacing the entire PVC run from the meter to the house with a choice of materials. We settled on PEX pipe. He returned the next day and completed the job before I returned from work and the invoice was right on the quote which was less than what we thought (or feared) it was going to be.
