First meeting with the rep was very good. He listened to what we wanted, took measurements, and drew a rough sketch to make sure he had everything right. He walked us through the demo and construction timing and said that he would have a quote and plans in a couple of days. That's when things went off the cliff. We waited for almost a week with no response to calls and texts. I had to call the company office to ask what was going on. The rep only emailed me afterwards and said that it would be a couple more days to finish the quote. I had to call the company office again when the rep was once again unresponsive. When we finally received a quote, it was based on the wrong dimensions and didn't match what we had discussed even though he had taken notes and measurements. I emailed him back and told him of the issues and he said that the sizing could be fixed. Then I tried to get a hold of him to set up an appointment to move forward and he never responded. At that point we gave up. I have never had a company be so unresponsive. If they didn't want the business or were too busy to take the job, they simply had to say that. I would not recommend this company. If this is how they treat customers before they have the business, I cannot even imagine the issues that would arise once they had the deposit.

It didnt, they charged us over 95% of the fees - excess of $50K and did not complete the pool. We had to hire another reputable company to finish it. They constantly had excuses for not showing up, blamed vendors for not providing products, etc. When I tried to work with them, they essentially told us to screw off. We hired an attorney and found another company to complete the work.

They took our deposit and stated that they incurred "costs". And would not be able to provide our refund. They did not submit the pool permits as requested. The computer CAD drawings were inaccurate. Each drawing returned with 5-10k additional costs. The sales person became very rude when his CAD drawings were sent back to him as it was not even close to our start CAD drawing. The price went from 65k to 90k. When they were told this was not affordable our calls went un returned until I contacted the owner Sam Lewis. I shared with him the sales persons inappropriate emails and told him of his behavior with out results.
