Pinnacle Restoration

This was a complete nightmare through the entire process.  I wanted to fire Pinnacle Restoration the entire time but my insurance company would not allow me to.  I could see the errors they were making during construction but they didn't fix them correctly.  Therefore I had to pay another roofing company to come and fix the work after Pinnacle Restoration completed their work, and have been hiring other companies to fix other issues ever since.  The big lesson I learned is to not trust my insurance company's recommendation on which contractor to hire.  Pinnacle Restoration also sued me and took me through court for 22 months.  A couple months after the work was done, Pinnacle Restoration sent a letter stating my insurance company didn't cover all costs and I was liable to pay them $3,000.  After going through all the legal records I found this same Pinnacle Restoration had filed these lawsuits on over 100 other homeowners.  In my case, I fought Pinnacle Restoration for the 22 months, we got down to two weeks before trial and Pinnacle finally gave up and dropped the case.  I just want others to know about my situation so they can avoid having to go through a similar situation with Pinnacle Restoration.
