Fred was on-time and worked diligently until my many-years-out-of-tune piano was on pitch. It's never sounded better. He even did some cleaning of the interior. 10/10 would hire again.

I called from California and scheduled an appointment when I would be in town. Traffic was horrible coming from out of state on a holiday weekend, and I called to let him know I'd be a little late, then called another daughter to meet him as quickly as possible. He generously waited for someone to arrive and got to work when she let him in. He did a beautiful job on a very out-of-tune piano, and was able to simply re-connect the pedals where they had come apart at no extra cost. The job took about 30 minutes and the piano sounds better than it ever has. I was extremely pleased and would happily recommend him to anyone in need of a piano tuner.

I sent an email to Fred and it was answered so promptly that I didn't check until it was too late to call that day. I called first thing in the morning for an opening that he had at noon on the same day. He was right on time. For some reason (probably the same one that happens when you have an engine noise) we were unable to duplicate the pedal noise, but Fred oiled it up anyway and it presses so much easier now. The piano, though it is inexpensive and elderly, sounds wonderful! Fred is very friendly and most importantly, knowledgeable with many years of experience. I will be calling him next year for the next tuning!

Fred was very professional, punctual (I was called ahead of time when there was a delay).  He did a very good job in tuning my Baldwin Grand Piano and suggested some other work that may need to be done to make it better.  My son has a very sensitive ear for the tones and he stated it was great.  The piano had been moved twice...from a very cold climate to AZ and hadn't been tuned in over 4 years.  Now it's great.  Thank you Fred.

He arrived at the specified time, went right to work and worked until it was done. He was very professional and knew just what to do to get the piano in tip-top shape. It has been many years since this piano has been tuned. It sounds and works beautifully now.

Fred was on time - early, even - and was very cheerful, friendly and businesslike. He seems to enjoy doing this work! He was very knowledgeable and was able to tell me about our piano, which we'd somehow "inherited" over 15 years ago and had ignored ever since. It was quite out of tune, had keys missing, and notes that wouldn't play. Fred spent about 1-1/2 hours working on it and was able to put it back in fine playing order, even moving blank/missing keys from the middle of the keyboard to the end, so we'd have keys to play where we needed them! It sounds and looks like a different piano - not new, but definitely much better! Very nice experience. I was also able to make the appointment on short notice, just before Christmas, which was very convenient.
