I needed my car unlocked. The guy who answered the phone was nice but stated they do not do automotive services, even though on Angie's list description of services it says "also car lockouts"

Arrived on time and determined that we needed parts which we did not have to be able to fix the problem. After we obtained the necessary parts, he returned to complete the job and did not charge us for the second service call.
