PEREZ CONSTRUCTION

Recently I noticed a company doing a remodeling job on a mobile home in my neighborhood. I had a kitchen switch which controls both the kitchen and the patio lights and neither light was working. I spoke to the owner Jesse Perez and asked him if he would fix the switch for me. He came over and looked at the switch, said he would pickup a switch and have one of his workers come over the next day to do the repair. Next day he didn't show but was considerate enough to call and say he'd for sure be there the next day and he was. His worker Mike showed up and was able to fix the kitchen light but had to do some extensive investigation to uncover some "mystery" wiring. After about an hour and a half, he fixed the patio light also. I asked how much and Mike said Jesse said no charge. When I asked why, Mike said Jesse believes in helping others and a good turn usually comes back to him at a later date. I was very happy with Jesse and his worker, and it will return. Perez Construction will get the bid to do the repairs and upgrades to my best friend's house prior to it going on the market.
