I have been using them for about fifteen years. I like them very much. I do not use them for winter. I use them all summer and I have continuously for as long as I can remember and I will continue to use them. They are so reliable. They always tidy up after themselves. I had them trim a tree years and years ago and I decided that they are not really tree trimmers. I did not know what to tell them to do and not to do. It was not big deal, but I am not going to recommend them for tree trimming. For lawn mowing, they are so reliable. They do a good job. They have all the equipment you need. They are very fast and I think they are probably very reasonable. I have a very large lawn, front and back. I think they charge around $28 for the front lawn each time. My yard is a challenge and every once-in-a-while, I have them do the backyard but not often because I cannot afford it, but they leave it neat and they can handle some of the oddities of my backyard with a few things stuck up in certain areas and I try to keep it really nice. It is not a showcase. It just needs to be kept nicely and they do that very well. Every single day, I do not expect them at a specific time unless if it is in the backyard when I had to make sure that the dogs are not out, but I can say that I can count on them to come on a timely time. I can contact them easily too by e-mail. They are kind of a home-town dealer, but I would say that their professionalism is fine.

I hired this lawn serivce roughly 10 years ago and sadly watched the
quality of service go from decent to deplorable.  Where can I begin? I
saved pictures of how intentionally careless and almost deceptive (or
unbelievably clueless) their crew really is.  To start, they put in a
winter lawn last fall.  They seeded all over the areas outside the
bordered lawn and left it there all season to watch it grow.
Unbelievable.  Then, each week when they would show up, I would watch
from the window through the blinds to see their son deliberately blowing
leaves under the nearby shrubs rather than blowing them into the lawn
to be mowed up.  I even confronted the kid only to get a surly
response.  I knew at that point with what kind of business I was
dealing.  I used to take pictures of the piles of leaves (and still have them) that they would
leave under the bushes immediately after they left.  I emailed them to
the office and OMG...  The person who worked in the home office had no
kind or apologetic words and denied the whole thing and any of their
responsibility.  This was after numerous emails requesting that they not
do that.  Today I hired a separate crew to come in and clean up all the
mess that had accumulated from their service since last fall.  $300.  Nice eh?  I even, in
an attempt to give the owner the benefit of the doubt to rectify the
situation, emailed their office asking the owner (Pat) to stop by while
in the area over the next couple weeks to have a chat.  The woman in the
office (his wife) was worse than rude.  She said I needed to give her a
reason for asking him to stop by.  What the h*** did she think it would
have been for?  Really?  Holy Holy!  I even left it that he could
merely give me a call.  After a week, he still had not called.
Pathetic!  Oh yeah, they would mow over and damage my sprinkler heads
with the mower and then ask if they wanted me to hire their sprinkler
crew to come out and fix it.  So many of my neighbors warned me of this
day as they had been here themselves.  Try them out!  :)  Make up your
own mind.

All I need to do is send them an email with instructions. They always show up on time for their appointments and they do great work. They are also very reasonably priced.
