Palm Squad

Palm Squad were first to respond - via text msg. sent photos and had quote in 5 min. Scheduled via text and Palm Squad arrived on schedule. Fast work by team of 4. Clean up was great. Pool had some dust on the surface but 10 minutes running pool pump and we were in the pool admiring our neatly trimmed and skinned palm tree. .... paid Palm Squad a bonus as the work was better than expected and took less time than expected.

Travis responded to our concerns about trimming the tall palm trees, one in particular. I texted pictures, he gave me an acceptable quote and was able to do the job 3 days later. They arrived on time and did our 7 trees in a bit short of 1 hour including cleanup. After completion of the job he expressed no concerns about trimming any of them and assured us his team would be more than willing to return next year. There were 4 workers, 2 climbers and 2 on the cleanup crew. All were very professional. We are extremely pleased with their work.

Palm squad did a fantastic job. the trees look great. They were very professional and personable. They cleaned the yard up after trimming the trees and even hauled away a large pile of palm branches I had laying on the ground beside my house without my asking them too. I will definitely call them out next year to trim the palms again.

I was a little hesitant to use them at first because there were only 4 reviews so I wanted to give them a review as well. I sent Travis a picture of my trees through a text and he got right back to me with the cost. He couldn't come for a few days, but texted that morning to let me know he was on his way. They did a great job trimming the palms! His quote was much lower than another I got and they did a very good job of clean-up. Missed a few things in clean-up but it wasn't a big deal. He came with 3 other guys and they were done in an hour. He was nice and professional and I would use this company again.

Such a pleasure to have this company do work. They were so pleasant and friendly and willing to do extra things beyond what I had noticed. I had them back two weeks later to do more work!

The cactus had been leaning over the years until it reached an angle where it could fall.  It would have fallen onto my lawn so it would not have hurt anyone but I didn't want to lose the cactus because it was over 33 years old.  I asked Angie's List Cust. Svc to search for a company that would do this kind of work.  I knew that it would involve digging around the cactus, straightening it and then using a poll to anchor it so that it would not lean again.  They were able to do this and I'm very happy with the results.
