THE SALES DEPARTMENT WAS NOT THAT GREAT. HOWEVER, THE INSTALLERS WERE TERRIFIC AND WERE VERY FRIENDLY. THEY WERE WILLING TO SPEND EXTRA TIME TO ENSURE EVERYTHING WORKED TO OUR SATISFACTION.

PADDOCK'S PRICES ARE VERY COMPETITIVE AND THEIR IN-STORE TECHNICIANS ARE VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. ALSO, THEIR FREE WATER TESTING SERVICE IS VERY USEFUL AND ACCURATE.

THE SUPERVISOR WAS OVERALL SOMEWHAT PROFESSIONAL. HE DID OVER PROMISE. WE HAD A HARD TIME WITH THE TILE COMPANY THEY HIRED. THEY HAD TO REDO IT THREE TIMES. OVERALL WE ARE HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS.
