Description of Work: They arrived early, the same day they were called. Made quick work of clearing a clog. They were careful, thorough, professional, and cleaned up nicely before leaving. Very good experience, and would use them again with no hesitation.

+ -1 moreThey did it alright but I'm not sure the price was right. I had no opportunity to compare because it was a plumbing situation. I am just not certain about it. The plumbing work they fixed was working.

Description of Work: I called early in the morning to ask for help. We had had work done on the plumbing and the hot water heater was out. I called to ask for help in relighting the heater as I could not get it to light. Knowing it was Friday;, we needed to have someone for that day or it would be a long weekend. He said he would be glad to help and would be there towards the end of the day . We waited the entire afternoon for him but he never showed up. Needless to say, we went the weekend without hot water....

+ -1 moreMike was quick to respond. Very professional. Explained what he was doing as he went along. Gave me some suggestions for other plumbing requests.
Description of Work: My guest bathroom shower was only putting out cold water. Paar plumbing came out, replaced a part and voila'..hot water. Although I don't remember the exact date and amount that I spent, the estimate was what I expected.

They were extremely knowledgable and explained everything to me in detail of what was going on and why they needed to do what they did. They were very clean and put plastic on my wall and floor, the areas they did the work in was more clean than before they showed up. I was very impressed with everything, and they even lined me up with a drywaller and painter. Thanks Mike and Josh
Description of Work: I had a water line that was leaking under the concrete and they had to re-route the line through the attic to eliminate the water line that was leaking underground.
