Overson Roofing completed our back patio roof today and I could not be happier. The monsoon storms will be here soon so getting this done was a priority. The crew Gilberto, Jaime, and Jose greeted us Monday morning 🌞 and they were good with our fur babies. Jose addressed any concerns I had with an area and even put extra tar on a seam area. Overall it was a pleasure doing business and will keep them for future roofing needs. Thank you Overson Roofing!

All the work went great. Antonio's crew did a great job, were punctual on starting times and did a good job with their clean-up each day and at the end of the project.

We were so very pleased with the whole experience with Overson Roofing. We did our do diligence in obtaining estimates from two other roofing companies with discussions with the estimators. Jan Overson came across as the most knowledgeable and honest with the most fair estimate. The crew, the VIDAL CREW, arrived as scheduled, were courteous, cleaned up thoroughly each day. We were pleasantly pleased and amazed at their professionalism. The Supervisor, Gilberto Gomez, did a final inspection, finding areas he wanted to perfect, without our having to point them out, did the improvements before submitting the final invoice. Highly recommend Overson Roofing, and have done so to our neighbors.

Bianca called every day letting us know when the crew would actual start because of pending rain. The supervisor Beau kept us informed of progress and made sure my concerns were addressed. The job went exactly as expected. Superintendent Beau Putnam was by each day to check on the progress and to answer any questions. Team Leader Vidal and his team did a great job.

The Vidal crew was excellent, professionally completed in 3 days. Even the neighbors commented on the workmanship and the way the crew cleaned up the yard every day before leaving.

Terrible communication, receptionist that kept brushing me off. I called 6 times to ask about the progress of the project and to receive an invoice. The receptionist would tell me they would get back to me or promise me that I would receive a follow up call and an emailed invoice. Neither happened. I called the project manager directly once, and was told they needed to check on the project and would get back to me. Again, no one returned my call after that. In addition, i did not receive an invoice after repeatedly asking. I kept being told it was emailed to me, but I never received an email. I tried to explain this to the receptionist, and she told me it was in my junk mail. Of course I checked my junk mail. No invoice. The last time I called the receptionist hung up on me. Finally, I scheduled the project for a specific date, and was told they were behind schedule so started 2 days later. I was told the project would last 2 days, but it seems like they forgot the flat roof part and that ran into a week later. I will be asking a friend to verify the quality of the work since no one went over with me what was actually done, particularly in terms of the flat roof repair. This was more hassle then it was worth because of the office employees and lack of communication, proactive and reactive.

Excellent. Very responsive and professional. The foreman inspected the work after completion and even took it upon himself to do extra caulking/sealant around the chimney, as that area is frequently a source of leaks in many roofs. Will definitely use again when it comes time to replace the roof on the back half of the house. Reasonably priced; was the middle of the 3 estimates we obtained.

They were very good about scheduling. There was a delay of a couple of days but our need was not urgent *maintenance" so it was not an issue and they informed us of the delay. They had to remove some stucco from our balcony to do the job right and did not inform us ahead of time, but were very professional and apologetic and repaired the stucco at no additional cost. They made it right. They kept everything swept and clean as they were doing the work. They were able to complete the work without my husband or I taking time off to monitory. Emily coordinated, Lincoln provided estimate. Tracy the general manager visited twice once to discuss the solution for the stucco and again to make sure we were completely satisfied with the total results. meeting at our convenience and arriving on time. Two year ago we had them do the other side of our tile roof -- we were happy with the work then and that is the reason we came back to them.

We live in a home with a tile roof and we have a rental home with shingles. Overson Roofing replaced both our roofs. They are a first class company from start to finish. The office staff is professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable, The roofers did an amazing job. They are craftsman who do quality work and take pride in everything they do, including being very clean and courteous. We cannot say enough good things about Overson Roofing and we highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a roofer.

They arrived on schedule, Completed on schedule, Completed slightly under estmated cost, Followed up with quality control inspections, matched old and new tile (good job), cleaned up all the mess......very clean. 5 days of work...they were here promptly every day. Good supervision. Easy to contact. No follow up work required yet......no shifting tiles or evidence of any leaks. Old roof had some structural damage which they repaired to new condition. Solid company!

There was a bit of a communication issue when first trying to set up the service but that was vastly overshadowed by the fantastic job they did. They gave me an honest assessment and said they can refinish the roof instead of replacing it like the last contractor insisted was needed. I still had them replace it so I could add foam as an energy saver, but I did appreciate the honest assessment. They did it quickly, it looks great , and I am saving energy. I have recommended their service to friends, and will call them back when I need the rest of the roof done.
