Never met a more polite, dependable group of people. The called ahead letting us know when they would be arriving, showed up exactly on time, did a great job installing and servicing the equipment, and charged a fair price for there services. Did a great job explaining all of the features. I will never do business with anyone else.

I called On-Track and 2 other garage door servicers on Saturday, Easter Weekend. They were the only one to respond back and set up an appointment for Monday. They gave me a quote of $190 + tax. I didn't need them out earlier since I had one vehicle outside and wasn't deprived of transport. The appointment was for 9 - 11AM and he showed up at 8:45AM. By 9:30, the work was completed along with an inspection of the door system. The cost came in as quoted. I also needed a remote to replace one that had stopped working and he had one in his truck for $25. He was very professional and friendly. I would use him again.

They call and said someone would be would be on-site between 10:00 - 12:00 and the tech showed at 10:00. He told us exactly what was wrong and what needed to be be fixed/replaced. We asked if weather stripping should be replaced and he said it was still in great shape and there was no need to replace it. He did an excellent job and cleaned up the area very neatly after the job was complete.

I called the company at approx 8:10 AM and was told that someone would be here between 10:00 and Noon. At 10:00 the repairman showed up and replaced the two springs and reprogramed the garage door for me. Total Time was approx 35 mins. He did a super job. I highly recommend this company.

We discovered the broken spring at 8 AM, and found it impossible to open the door without it. We called On Track at 9:00. They made an appointment with us for a two hour time window that started within the next hour. We are 20 miles out of Mesa, but the technician happened to be in the area. He was there and gone before 10:30 AM. He replaced spring and cables and adjusted the mechanism. The estimate was without the cables, so when he found the broken cables, he had to add them to the price. Happy campers!

I called to set up an appointment and and the office personnel were helpful and able to work around my schedule. Rodney showed up within the designated time set and installed the new spring. He was fast and efficient. He even lubricated the track and changed the light bulb for me at no additional cost. My garage door is much quieter and works well. I would definitely call them again.

I called them at 3:30 PM on a Friday and asked if there was any way they could come out that same day. They said they'd have someone out in 30 minutes. He arrived promptly. Repaired the opener. The springs needed to be tightened and some other adjustments were made. It is now quiet. And it works. We charged the bill of $79.00. Happy campers!

It was an hours worth of work. They were very honest and the woman that handled all the administrative parts was very up to speed on what it takes to get the job done. The technician even said he loved working for the place because they don't install junk!
