Ryan Olsen and his brother have been a stellar service team for us, and the two service representatives who showed up arrived right on time, had all the appropriate tools they needed, they wore booties while inside to protect our carpets, and did a really wonderful job ensuring we had clean windows with no streaks. They carefully removed all the external screens and reinstalled them correctly.
The job took about 2 hours in our late June summer heat, and while it was over 100 degrees outside, the service reps plowed right through without stopping.
We continue to be pleased by their service-oriented culture at Olsen Brothers. We are now on schedule for 2-3 cleanings per year. While I've had bad experiences with electricians, plumbers and other service organizations whose actions give a bad name to the word "service," I can say that Olsen Brothers have never let us down.
After the job was done, we received a call from the office to make sure we were happy. I filled out a service questionnaire, and find their attention to detail something we've come to expect from Olsen Brothers.
