O PREMIUM WATER

They have two types of water and one has electrolytes in it. The other is regular and I always tell them that I want half of each and they only bring the regular water. That upsets me because I pay for a service and I don't even get what I order. I will use them again because I do like the water I just think they should be more accurate. I pay them monthly for my service.

It was a disaster from start to finish. Take a look at this company's Web site and you'll see that they're 100% about the sale. Once they have a signed contract with you, you're on your own. Time and time again, I would book an appointment and no one would show -- after I waited all day. No one answers the phone in the office or returns e-mails when you're calling or writing about service. Even when I canceled the service, they called the morning they were supposed to pick up the equipment and said they couldn't make it! They had to reschedule for the next day.

The representative from the company came out to meet us when we signed up for service and explained in great detail, the quality of the water and how the delivery system operates. The company delivers unlimited bottled water to my home monthly and I receive free service of a cooler which dispenses tepid and cool water. You can also select from regular bottled water or their electrolyte infused water. Also, their gallon bottles come with a handle so it is much easier to place on top of the cooler than regular gallon bottles. There is no obligation so you can cancel your contract at any time. I had one problem with them not delivering my water on time on the first scheduled visit, but since then, I have not had any further problems.

WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE WATER COOLER & WATER SERVICE. FOR $35 WE RECEIVE UNLIMITED BOTTLED WATER EACH MONTH. HALF OF THAT CAN BE SPORTS WATER TO REPLACE GATORADE. THEY HAVE GREAT SERVICE & THE WATER TASTES CLEAN.
