OVERALL THE PROCESS WAS GOOD. IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO GET IT ALL TOGETHER, BUT FINALLY WE GOT WHAT WE NEEDED, GOOD RATES AND DECENT SERVICE. WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE FINAL DEAL.
