Another company said we had an issue with our AC during a tune up. We called North Wind to get a second opinion as the quote seemed high. The technician from North Wind was professional and friendly. After looking at the unit and running it, he told us the motor was fine and we didn't need to replace it. They saved us a lot of money and were honest. We will be calling them for all our AC needs.

Johnny was awesome and very professional. He suggested a new thermostat since my thermostat was quite out dated. Right away, the NEW thermostat started registering the set temperature for proper cool down.
